How can I cancel an order?: Simply Contact Us and provide the following information:
1. Your order number (last 4 digits)
2. Product name and item number of the item you wish to return
If your order has not been shipped, you will be issued a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
