Looking Glass Web the Spider

Looking Glass sculptures are hand crafted using glass rods. They are heated and melted by a gas-powered torch. The torch worker has a high degree of control over how soft the glass becomes, as a result they're able to create pieces with immaculate detail and complexity.

Web the Spider loves to write children's stories. She spends her days at the ranch, talking to the farm yard animals. She's very talented at creating beautiful webs with intricate designs. On breezy days, Web likes to drop down on a silk thread and swing in the wind. Her favorite color is pale pink. Web was born in a tree stump on September 15th, 2009.
