Looking Glass Valerie Chickee

Looking Glass sculptures are hand crafted using glass rods. They are heated and melted by a gas-powered torch. The torch worker has a high degree of control over how soft the glass becomes, as a result they're able to create pieces with immaculate detail and complexity.

Valerie the Chickee is frightened easily and likes to hide under the protection of her mom. When she's in the coopm, Valerie loves to play with her brothers and sisters. She spends much of her time pecking and scratching the ground for grain and seeds. After she's had her fill, she likes to curl up in her nest and relax. Valerie was born on July 21, 2010.
