Very handy to have one tart tamper with two differently sized ends. Just place a small amount of dough in the tart tin. Dust the end of the Tart Tamper with flour. Push dough down, turning Tamper slightly and voila, you have a nice tart dough shell. Also handy for making that little coin-sized indentation in your hamburgers to keep them from doming up as you grill them.
